Is there a charge for the Pop Up shop?

No, this is a free event. This is NOT a comedy show. White Yardie is scheduled to appear at the store.

I forgot to add my promo code. What do I do?

If you did not add your promo code to the payment page on checkout before the completed trasaction, you will have to use the code on your next purchase.

Unfortuately, promo codes can NOT be applied retroactively.

I have VIP tickets. What does this give me?

VIP tickets will award you entrance via wristband to VIP seating & priority access to the Meet & Greet line. We try to accommordate line bypass with the purchase of a VIP ticket when possible. This is not guaranteed at every venue.

If line bypass is included it will say so on the event info page. ("Meet & Greet Line Bypass" is NOT "VIP Line Bypass" and does not include the entry line.

Where do I add a promo code to to my order?

You will be asked to input a gift card or promo code on the payment tab when checking out. If you do not add it before the completed trasaction you will have to use the code on your next purchase. Unfortuately, promo codes can NOT be applied retroactively.

Can the service fees be waived?

Ticket service fees incorporate processing fees charged by our payment processor. In addition, they include facility fees, merchant fees and other costs associated with the sale and purchase of an online ticket. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive these fees.

I transferred my ticket. How can I get it back?

Once a ticket has been transferred only the person you transferred to can transfer it back.

Alternatively if you contact tickets@whiteyardie.com with your proof of purchase and the reason why the ticket transfer is being cancelled we will do our best to assist you. 

I did not recieve my tickets. Who can I contact?

If you have not recieved your tickets, please forward your order confirmation to tickets@whiteyardie.com. Our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.

Do I need a physical ticket or can I scan the barcode on my phone?

Printing your ticket is optional. You can choose to have your phone scanned upon entry.

Is there a line bypass?

We try to accommordate line bypass with the purchase of a VIP ticket when available. This is not guaranteed at every venue. If line bypass is included it will say so on the event info page. ("Meet & Greet Line Bypass" is not the same as" VIP Line Bypass".

Is this a 19+ event?

The venues are licensed for the sale of liquor. While most establishments allow minors envtry when accompanied by a parent, please contact the venue directly to confirm their specific regulations.

Is there paid parking? Where can I park?

Please contact the venue directly.

What time does my show start?

Showtimes are listed on your ticket. Doors open one (1) hour prior to showtime.

Where is the show located?

The venue for your particular show is listed on your ticket. If you purchased a show where the venue is "To be announced" you will recieve an email the week of the show at the lastest. Your ticket will also be updated with the location at that time and will need to be re-downloaded.

Can I bring a child with me?

The venues are licensed for the sale of liquor. While most establishments require minors to be accompanied by an adult, please contact the venue directly to confirm their specific regulations.

I want to cancel my ticket. How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket refunds or exchanges, however tickets are transferable. Please visit the VIEW YOUR TICKET link from your confirmation email to complete that transaction.
