I did not receive my tickets. Who can I contact?
Tickets are typically sent out via email during the week of the show. If you have not received your tickets, please forward your order confirmation to tickets@whiteyardie.com. Our customer service staff will be happy to assist you.
I want to cancel my ticket. How can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we do not offer ticket refunds or exchanges, however tickets are transferable. Please visit the VIEW YOUR TICKET link from your confirmation email to complete that transaction.
Where do I add a promo code to my order?
You will be asked to input a gift card or promo code on the payment tab when checking out. If you do not add it before the completed transaction you will have to use the code on your next purchase.
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be applied retroactively.
I forgot to add my promo code. What do I do?
If you did not add your promo code to the payment page on checkout before the completed transaction, you will have to use the code on your next purchase.

I transferred my ticket. How can I get it back?
Once a ticket has been transferred only the person you transferred to can transfer it back.
Alternatively, if you contact tickets@whiteyardie.com with your proof of purchase and the reason why the ticket transfer is being canceled, we will do our best to assist you.
I have VIP tickets. What does this give me?
VIP tickets will award you entrance via wristband to VIP seating & priority access to the Meet & Greet line. VIP tickets do not include line bypass, however VIP patrons will bypass General Admission ticket holders for the Meet and Greet and will have preferential seating .

Is there an age restriction?
The venues are licensed for the sale of liquor. While most establishments allow minors entry when accompanied by a parent, please contact the venue directly to confirm their specific regulations.

Where is the show located?
The venue for your particular show is listed on your ticket. If you purchased a show where the venue is "To be announced" you will receive an email the week of the show at the lastest. Your ticket will also be updated with the location at that time and will need to be re-downloaded.
Can the service fees be waived?
Ticket service fees incorporate processing fees charged by our payment processor. In addition, they include facility fees, merchant fees and other costs associated with the sale and purchase of an online ticket. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive these fees.
